This song might be old news to everyone else but I just stumbled across it on LimeWire. A long time ago Joe said that he thought the soundtrack to In Good Company was better than the actual movie...I think I'm agreement with him.

wow, hadn't heard that version.... or i heard it on the soundtrack but didn't really hear it.
But i can't let you go on living without hearing the original by Daniel Johnston, or my own favorite version, by Beck. Then lookup Daniel Johnston, he's a brilliant nut, and there's a great album of covers of his best songs.
